The beautifully remodeled Los Angeles home of singer Frankie Valli is for sale for $3.195 million.
“I bought this apartment to be close to my work in the city and loved spending time in it because of the views, natural light and building’s security,” Valli said in a statement. “It’s been a wonderful place to spend time.”
In 2009, the singer bought the condominium for about $2.55 million as a secondary home, according to the Wall Street Journal. His main home sits in the San Fernando Valley, about 30 minutes away from the Westwood pad, the newspaper reported.
The 3,200-square-foot home with three en-suite bedrooms and four bathrooms was listed by Emilio Valli, his son, and Stephen Udoff, both real estate agents with the Malibu office of Coldwell Banker Realty.
Valli, 88, was the frontman for rock ‘n’ roll band the Four Seasons, which recorded the hits “Walk Like A Man” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.” He was a successful solo artist, as well.
The home at 10380 Wilshire Blvd. #902 has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that bring lots of natural light into the open floor plan. Dark, glossy hardwood floors flow from the tidy kitchen and dining room, which opens to a balcony, to a living room with a wall of windows and a separate den area.
The primary suite, which offers impressive city and mountain views, has two walk-in closets and a bathroom with double sinks and a spa tub.
