Karl Behrens and Tyler Kellerman represented the landlord, Dupont Crossing LLC, and Tyler Kellerman and Carolyn Spake-Leeper represented the tenant, First & Wilkerson Designs LLC, in their leasing of 3,074 square feet at 636 E. Dupont Road, Dupont Shopping Center.

Breck Johnson represented the landlord, Leman Development LLC, in their leasing of 3,620 square feet at 10319 Dawsons Creek Blvd. to tenant, RACC Medical Associates, LLC.

David Nugent represented both the landlord, Toenges Realty, Inc., as well as the tenant, Skin Studio, LLC, in their leasing of 815 square feet at 6221 Covington Road.
