Twilio invests US $ 750 million in Syniverse to fuel innovation and connectivity




Customer engagement platform Twilio has invested US $ 750 million in communications technology provider Syniverse to expand their partnership.

Carlyle maintains majority share.

The partnership will see Syniverse benefit from Twilio’s experience of serving enterprise customers.
